Updating socket.io to 4.6.0 break the typescript build because the two versions of socket.io-adapter conflicts, so I make this PR with a few dependencies update.

@msgpack/msgpack from 2.7.0 to 2.8.0 -> no breaking changes (added node 18)
@types/pg from 8.6.1 to 8.6.6 -> no breaking changes (mainly new options)
debug from 4.3.1 to 4.3.4 -> no breaking changes (bugfixes & doc)
pg from 8.0.0 to 8.9.0 -> should not have breaking changes (bugfixes, new features)
